Graduands shall bring their proof of identity.
Graduands are requested to register their presence and enrollment in the AVIT Campus between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on 08.10.2023 (including those registered online).
Graduands should sit in the allotted seats by 1.00 pm sharp in formal dress. Graduands with informal dress will not be permitted into the Graduation Hall.
All Persons shall remain standing when the academic procession enters the hall and shall take their seats only after the members of the procession are seated.
After receiving degree certificates, Graduands shall go back to their respective seats and remain seated and maintain utmost discipline.
Graduands shall recite the Oath pledging to support the values of our University community when chancellor administers the pledge.
When the graduation function is over, all shall remain standing in their places till the Procession leaves the hall.
Graduands are directed not to bring Cellular phones and Cameras to the Graduation Hall.
Children are not permitted inside the Graduation Hall.
Only one Parent/Guardian will be permitted and separate viewing area has been specially arranged for the parent / guardian accompanying the graduands. The Parent/ Guardian are requested to be seated in the viewing area. Only the graduands are permitted inside the graduation hall.
