Special Instructions
- Candidates are directed to bring proof of identity.
- Candidates are requested to register their presence in the campus and enrollment in the AVIT Campus between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon (including those registered online).
- Candidates should sit in the allotted seats by 1.30pm sharp with formal dress, shoes, robe and hood. Students with informal dress will not be permitted into the Graduation Hall.
- All Graduands will remain standing when the academic procession enters the hall and shall take their seats only after the members of the procession are seated.
- After receiving degree certificates, candidates shall go back to their respective seats and remain seated maintaining utmost discipline.
- After receiving the degree, students recite the pledge to support the values of our University community.
- When the graduation function is over, all shall remain standing in their places till the procession leaves the hall.
- Candidates are directed not to bring Cellular phones and Cameras to the Graduation Hall.
- Children are not permitted inside the Graduation Hall.
- Only one Parent/Guardian shall accompany the Graduands.
- Separate Mini Auditorium & Digital Classrooms are arranged for parents to witness the Graduation Ceremony.
Registration
Registration for Graduands
- Registration: 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 noon
- Registration beyond 12.00 noon will not be entertained
- Registration Fee: Rs.1000/-
- Candidates are directed to bring 1 Passport Size photograph
- Help Desk: Near Central Stores, Thiruvalluvar Block
Robe
Robes and hood have to be hired from the authorized counter located near Soil Mechanics Lab by giving a refundable caution deposit of Rs.500/-.
Transport
- All the College buses will ply on the usual routes. Candidates & Parents attending the Graduation day, may board the buses. Check the Bus timings and routes in https://old.avit.ac.in/transport1/
- Special Buses are being operated from the following points until 10.00 A.M on 20-09-2025.

Photography
- Authorized photographers will be available at the Graduation Hall from the morning of the Graduation Day and may be contacted by the candidates for their requirements of photograph.
- Only official photographers will be allowed to take photographs during the ceremony
