Collegiate Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC)
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Composition and responsibilities are as per the VMRF-DU Guidelines. Ref:VMRF(DU)/ODSW/SG/Regulation/2023 –This regulation is made, based on the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
Suggestion Box shall be opened once in fortnight or visibility of the complaint in the box during the presence of any two members (Faculty) and one student member. If the Student Council President is unavailable on that day, any one member of student council shall participate.
The terms of the Committee shall be period of two years for members and shall be one year for special invitee.
Periodicity : Once in a month or case to case basis
