Dr. L.K.HEMA is a competent Engineering Professional with 29 years of diverse teaching experiences in Education and Training/Grooming with extensive experience in liaison with multi disciplinary research activities. She has gained immense exposure in the arena of teaching, relationship building, human resource management and training cum development. An excellent orator coupled with exceptional relationship management and organizational abilities.
In educational front she pursued her B.E from Government College of Engineering, completed her Post Graduation in M.Tech (VLSI) & M.S (Education Management). She has acquired her Ph.D in the field of Wireless Sensor Network.
She has published more than 35 papers in International Journal and International Conferences. She has organized various international conferences, Faculty Development Programmes and workshops on Sensor Networks, Antenna Design, Internet of Things, etc., She has filed 3 patents and published 2 books titled Embedded Systems and Information Storage Management.
She is an active member in professional societies namely, IEEE, ISTE, IAWS. She has received the Best Research Grant Achiever Award from Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation and Best woman Achiever from Women Empowerment Cell, AVIT. She also received a funded project from DRDO, Delhi for the project titled “A Comprehensive Study on Hardware Trojans- Challenges and Solutions “. She has also completed a funded project received from MHRD-Unnat Bharath Abhiyann titled “Digital marketing App for Rural People”. Her research expertises are in the field of Hardware security, Wireless sensor Network, VLSI design and Biomedical Device Development.
