Special Instructions
- Graduands shall bring their proof of identity.
- Graduands are requested to register their presence and enrollment in the AVIT Campus between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on 08.10.2023 (including those registered online).
- Graduands should sit in the allotted seats by 1.00 pm sharp in formal dress. Graduands with informal dress will not be permitted into the Graduation Hall.
- All Persons shall remain standing when the academic procession enters the hall and shall take their seats only after the members of the procession are seated.
- After receiving degree certificates, Graduands shall go back to their respective seats and remain seated and maintain utmost discipline.
- Graduands shall recite the Oath pledging to support the values of our University community when chancellor administers the pledge.
- When the graduation function is over, all shall remain standing in their places till the Procession leaves the hall.
- Graduands are directed not to bring Cellular phones and Cameras to the Graduation Hall.
- Children are not permitted inside the Graduation Hall.
- Only one Parent/Guardian will be permitted and separate viewing area has been specially arranged for the parent / guardian accompanying the graduands. The Parent/ Guardian are requested to be seated in the viewing area. Only the graduands are permitted inside the graduation hall.
